Platform features

Run your whole partner program from one platform

ArcTrack brings offers, partners, tracking, conversions, reporting and billing together — measured once and shown to every party at the right level of detail.

Tracking links redirect once, on your own domains, and are built for Google's transparency rules.

Offers & advertisers

Model every deal exactly as it was agreed

Set what the advertiser pays you and what you pay partners — per event, per partner and per period — so payouts never need a spreadsheet.

  • Revenue per action, revenue share, revenue per click, or the amount sent with the conversion.
  • Payout per action, percentage of sale or per unique click, with partner- and event-level overrides.
  • Several events per offer — lead, trial, purchase — each with its own revenue, payout and privacy.
  • Daily, weekly, monthly and lifetime caps on clicks, conversions and payout.
  • Country, device and OS targeting with a fallback URL; attribution windows from 1 to 365 days.
Payout rules for one offer: a default payout for all partners plus partner-specific payouts limited to a date range.

Tracking links

Fast links on your own tracking domains

One redirect, no cookies required, and every parameter mapped to a report dimension you can group and filter by.

  • Partner links /r/{offer}/{partner} with five sub IDs and a source ID.
  • Transparent links /c/{key}?url=… for Google Ads and any platform that requires a visible next hop.
  • Impression pixels /i/… for click-through-rate reporting.
  • Google, Microsoft, Meta and TikTok click IDs captured automatically.
  • Unique clicks over 24 hours and macros expanded in destination URLs.

Conversions & postbacks

Accept conversions however advertisers send them

Server-to-server postbacks, pixels or the landing-page SDK — attributed, de-duplicated and passed on to partners with automatic retries.

  • Postbacks secured with a workspace or advertiser token; image and JavaScript pixels for thank-you pages.
  • Attribution by click ID, transaction ID or Google click ID (gclid).
  • Duplicate protection per click and per order ID; pending, approved and rejected statuses.
  • Outgoing partner postbacks (S2S, image or HTML) with macros and conditions per offer and event.
  • Manual conversions and bulk approve or reject, all in the audit trail.

Real-time reporting

Numbers that add up in every portal

One report engine serves the network, partner and advertiser views, so totals match row sums and invoices match reports.

  • Group by up to three dimensions: date, hour, offer, partner, advertiser, sub IDs, country, device, campaign, keyword and more.
  • Clicks, unique clicks, conversions, CVR, revenue, payout, profit, margin and EPC.
  • Days follow your workspace timezone; report by conversion time or click time.
  • Click, conversion and postback logs plus a live event stream.
  • Saved reports and CSV export of exactly what is on screen.

Partner management

A portal your partners can run themselves

Recruit, approve and pay partners — and give them their own links, numbers and postbacks without opening a ticket.

  • Applications through your own sign-up page, with approval and rejection e-mails.
  • Public, approval-only and private offers; partners request access from the offer marketplace.
  • Link generator with sub IDs and reports limited to the partner's own traffic and payouts.
  • Self-serve postbacks with test firing, so partners connect their trackers on their own.
  • Payment details, terms and minimum payouts per partner.

Billing

Invoice advertisers, settle partners

Approved conversions become advertiser invoices and partner payouts, with adjustments and payment references kept next to the numbers.

  • Advertiser invoices for any period, built from approved revenue, with manual adjustments.
  • Partner payouts that move from pending to paid, with payment references.
  • Money stored as exact decimals in the offer's currency — never rounded floats.
